User Experience (UX) is considered a subjective and universal concept which contributes to the success of any Information and Communications Technology (ICT) product or service. This paper discuss the UX evaluation method and highlights the design and development issues of current generation Mobile Augmented Reality (MAR) advertising and marketing applications. Set of heuristics were used to perform UX inspection on four unique MAR advertising campaigns. The results indicate real time design and development problems that can be improved in the future for delivering better MAR products in Asia pacific Region. © 2015 ACM.
