In this work, density and viscosity were determined over the whole concentration range for the binary mixtures ionic liquid bis(2-hydroxyethyl) ammonium propionate BHEAP with methanol, ethanol, and 1-propanol at (293.15, 303.15, 313.15, and 323.15) K and 0.1 MPa. Excess molar volume and viscosity deviations for the binary system were calculated and well fitted to a Redlich-Kister equation. © 2010 American Chemical Society.
