Recent times artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning methodologies are utilized successfully in various fields of engineering, especially for health monitoring of civil engineering structures. Offshore platforms are exposed to various environmental, and machinery loads which excite multi-vibration and it produces big data. In order to analyze this huge data appropriately for health monitoring of offshore structures, the application of deep learning techniques is growing. This paper highlights review of studies reported on use of deep learning techniques in the health monitoring of offshore platforms which are excited by vibrations. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
