The purpose of this paper is to understand the implementation of MOOCs in professional development for staff at FPT Corporation, given the situation of Vietnam's working industry. A case study research approach was utilized to examine the process, challenges, and results (both positive and negative) of MOOCs at FPT Corporation. The courses taken in this staff training period are put into three main groups based on their learning objectives. Changes in the percentage of each group were analyzed for the years 2015, 2017, and 2019, explaining how the respective year's improvement in the internal training policy affects the situation. Although this study is limited from the perspective of FPT Corporation, it provides a good illustrative example of MOOCs implementation in Vietnamese companies' professional development for staff. This paper also highlights issues of organizational challenges in developing internal training programs in Vietnam. © 2020 ACM.
