Abstract

This study is conducted in order to understand how does multimodal concept able to present a meaningful information in mobile AR and how multimodal information presentation able to support mobile AR application. Hence, to find suitable information modalities in mobile AR, questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS 5.5) was used to collect the data from this study. This tool is used to assess user subjective reaction on the specific human-computer interface. Throughout the study, the result shows that by combining visual together with sound and haptic feedback give a positive reaction towards the mobile AR application. © 2018, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
