Short Biography:
Dr. Ozavize Freida Ayodele is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia, specializing in Accounting and Finance. She holds a PhD in Business and Management (2018) from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, alongside an MSc and BSc in Accounting from the University of Benin, Nigeria. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she bridges the gap between professional practice and academic excellence, focusing on the strategic role of accounting in modern organizations. Her research expertise centers on Accounting Knowledge Management, Sustainability Reporting, and Corporate Governance. Dr. Freida is particularly recognized for her work on how environmental management accounting and green finance impact corporate performance. Beyond her teaching and research, she has contributed to numerous international journals and received recognition for her work in innovation and educational development within the accounting field..
