Short Biography:
Dr. Syaimaa' Solehah Mohd Radzi is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). She is an active academician and researcher whose work primarily focuses on Signal Processing and Biomedical Engineering. Her expertise lies in analyzing complex human states through technology, specifically utilizing electroencephalography (EEG) signals to enhance safety and health monitoring systems. Her research portfolio includes significant studies on driver fatigue detection and the physiological impacts of sleep inertia. Beyond biomedical signals, she also explores robotics and automation, recently investigating the performance of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) on irregular terrains. Through her teaching and publications, Dr. Syaimaa’ contributes to the advancement of engineering solutions that bridge the gap between human physiology and automated systems
