Short Biography:
Dr. Muhammad Sani Yahya is a researcher and academic affiliated with Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) within the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He recently completed his Doctoral thesis at UTP in 2024, focusing on the development of a compact meandered monopole frequency-reconfigurable antenna for LoRa applications. He is recognized as a professional member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MIEEE) and is a registered member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). His primary research interests lie in communication engineering, specifically focusing on antenna and propagation, RF and microwave devices, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Dr. Yahya has authored numerous scholarly articles in high-impact journals, including research on machine learning-optimized dual-band wearable antennas for healthcare monitoring and LoRa microstrip patch antennas. Beyond his academic research, he is a HRDCorp Certified Trainer, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and training within the industry
