Hezlina Mohd Hashim is a lecturer in the Management & Humanities Department and a Student Advisory Coordinator at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. She specializes in Financial and Management Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Culture, Taxation, and Accounting Education. Hezlina holds a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. With over 20 years in academia and 5 years in the industry, she is also a researcher with the Institute of Self-Sustainable Building, focusing on impactful research and consultancy in areas such as organizational culture and socio-economic sustainability.
