Dr. Nurul Aida Osman received her PhD in Information Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2021. She completed her Master by research in Information Science from the same university in year 2012. Her research interests are in predictive analytics, sentiment analysis and recommender systems. Currently, she is affiliated with the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, serving as the Lecturer and researcher of Centre of Research in Data Science (CeRDas). She has more than 5 years experiences in ICT research and development industry. She is one of the member of Persatuan Capaian Maklumat dan Pengurusan Pengetahuan Malaysia (PECAMP). Besides, she also has joined the Editorial Board Members of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
