Short Biography:
Dr. Siti Nurlaili binti Karim is a lecturer at the Department of Computing, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), with a strong academic foundation in mathematics and computing. She holds a Bachelors, Masters, and PhD from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), where she was recognized as the Best Student of the Department of Computational and Theoretical Sciences during the universitys 34th Convocation Ceremony in 2018. She also earned second place in a national poster competition and ranked among the top 20 individuals in the Public University Mathematics Olympiad. Her research interests focus on dynamical systems, nonlinear operator theory, and particularly quadratic stochastic operators (QSO). Since 2019, Dr. Siti Nurlaili has published over ten peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers spanning applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, supported by successfully secured research grants. As a Certified Trainer, she brings a dynamic blend of academic excellence, research experience, and instructional expertise. She is deeply committed to knowledge dissemination and has served as a committee member and jury for several national mathematics competitions, reflecting her dedication to nurturing mathematical talent and promoting STEM education in Malaysia.
