Ts. Dr. Halimaton Saadiah bt Hakimi is a dynamic academic and technopreneur with a multidisciplinary background in software engineering, technology management, and requirements engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technology from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), where her research focused on developing a software security readiness index for remote working in Malaysian public sectors. Her work integrates socio-technical approaches to trust requirements, particularly in the development of autonomous vehicles.
