Short Biography:
Prof Hilmi Mukhtar, the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic, in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He received his B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from University of Wales Swansea, United Kingdom in 1990. He then continued his postgraduate studies at the same university where he earned MSc and PhD in 1991 and 1995, respectively. He has vast experience in teaching, research, consultancy and administration. He is currently serving as the Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
